Tarragon started her career in property as a Lettings Administrator in 2012, since then she has worked in a variety of roles within the property industry, providing her with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Having successfully managed and grown a lettings office for a premium agent as well as looking after multiple large HMO's for property development companies, she has experience of both ends of the market and everything in between. Her previous experience working with developers and investors, coupled with managing her own development projects gives her an understanding of the need for a smooth, efficient and stress free service. It was from this that Firefly Property was created to offer a service which can, not only, look after the day to day management and running of your property portfolio, but provide insight in to market trends, advice on how to maximise yields, reporting to suit your strategy and assistance in growing your portfolio in line with your aspirations and values.
Fees
Our standard monthly fee is 15% with discounts for landlords with larger portfolios, making our service better value for money as your portfolio grows. We aim to make our fees as clear and straight forward as possible with one monthly payment to cover our entire service. All fees are chargeable monthly and do not include costs you may incur as a landlord, such as maintenance and advertising.
All tenants are required to pay the equivalent of 1 weeks rent as a holding deposit which is refunded against the first months rent. An administration charge of £50 per tenant/guarantor is charged for non-housing act tenancies.
