Tarragon started her career in property as a Lettings Administrator in 2012. Since then she has worked in a variety of roles within the property industry, providing her with a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Having successfully managed and grown a lettings office for a premium agent as well as looking after multiple large HMOs for property development companies, she has experience of both ends of the market and everything in between.

Her work with developers and investors, coupled with managing her own development projects, gives her an understanding of the need for a smooth, efficient and stress-free service. Firefly Property was created to look after the day-to-day running of a portfolio while providing market insight, yield advice, useful reporting and support for growth.

Cat has over 30 years of wide-ranging property and client management experience.

She is the main point of contact for block management, offering an honest, professional and personal service. We manage smaller blocks below 11 metres in height across Somerset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Dorset.

Born in Bath and now living in Frome with her partner, son, cat and dog, Cat is always busy. In her spare time, she sings in a choir and relaxes at Pilates.

With our office in the centre of Frome, clients are always welcome to pop in for a chat, tea or coffee, and cake.

Kayleigh has worked in accounts for over 15 years, so she is used to making sure the figures stack up.

As our Finance Administrator, she looks after everything numbers-related — from rents and service charges to contractor payments and landlord statements.

Quietly efficient, she keeps the financial side of Firefly running smoothly so the rest of the team can focus on looking after properties and people.

Elizabeth, known as Effy, is our friendly and dedicated Lettings Negotiator, helping to make finding, renting and looking after a property as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Whether you are searching for a home, need help with your tenancy or want to make sure your property is well looked after, Elizabeth is always happy to help. She also arranges and manages repairs, making sure issues are dealt with quickly and both landlords and tenants feel supported.

Based in Frome, Elizabeth lives with her partner and their two much-loved dogs. She is a big animal lover and enjoys long walks, exploring the countryside and spending time outdoors.

With her approachable nature, caring attitude and can-do personality, Elizabeth is always ready to go the extra mile for our clients and tenants.

Larry's official title is Head of Distractions, and he takes it seriously.

His main responsibilities include appearing at the exact moment someone is on an important call, requesting emergency belly rubs, and reminding the team to step outside.

He is not very good at spreadsheets, but he is excellent at morale. Treats accepted, but only the premium ones.
